How do we meet our client’s demands?
Energy created an operational environment dedicated to the client, something we call Import Centers, which work independently to begin and/or conclude an import process. The Import Centers work in conjunction with all the other areas of the company guaranteeing, simultaneous, coordinated, multi-disciplinary management for each process. There are no hold-ups in this service. Companies can now count of full support from our team of foreign trade specialists in an environment of total transparency to successfully complete any import process.
Does the delegation to a third party mean
that control and follow up of the processes
will be lost?
Absolutely not! The services rendered by Energy include all the advantages of a specialized management team to complement our client’s normal control, backed by our permanent, multi-disciplinary assistance and safe and reliable technical support. The company is continuously investing in Information Technology to guarantee the highest standard of quality. With the use of this technology, clients can access our Integrated Management System (ERP Microsiga), and interface with any other management system that becomes necessary.
How can a client follow up on their import process?
Daily updated reports are prepared by the Import Center made available to clients in the Integrated Management System and by permanent contact with an analyst working in the Import Center when needed.
How do we monitor your shipment?
Energy has field teams working in the warehouses, airports and ports to check on the client shipments. When loading and on the arrival of cargo, the containers are verified and photographed for the preparation of reports designed to assure the integrity of our clients’ merchandise.
What exactly is the Perfect Balance concept?
In general terms, it’s a virtuous cycle permanently in search of maximizing efficiency and reliability in all foreign trade operations. In our relations with government and fiscal organs, the Energy corporate image is very important and is part of our investment in the legality of our work. Compliance with all legal norms and rules is the first and last point in the Perfect Balance chain, also known as Institutional Compliance. Other features include Operational Modeling (the correct modeling based on legislation and on our client’s goals), Performance (based on an efficient and secure management aligned with our clients’ production and market deadlines) and finally, Settlement, or the finalization of the process. Energy offers technical counseling covering every aspect of your company’s import operations. All stages of every operation are translated and inserted into client management processes up to the successful conclusion of each case.
What is a task force?
Companies that have a good institutional image and who are known for working in accordance with rules and legislation, have, on average, a 90% chance of creating a normal flow of import processes. However, in 10% of the cases, cargo is subject to a detailed inspection of documents or cargo, or both. In this case, Energy mobilizes its task force (the complete, integrated team) comprised of its most capable professionals, backed by the company’s institutional credibility among inspection organs. By working with speed, competence and transparency, Energy is providing many benefits of its clients.
